Connected Asset Compliance
May This Asset Operate Now? Answered With Proof
Keep equipment and connected assets compliant continuously. Readings arrive signed by devices you can trust, controls are tested against them, and DoveSure answers whether an asset may operate, naming the record behind every reason.
How it works
From Record to Proof
Register and own
Each asset has an owner and a lifecycle before anything about it is observed. Unmanaged connected assets are discovered and reconciled, and never counted until a person claims them.
Connect
A read-only gateway reads OPC UA, BACnet/IP, M-Bus, MQTT and Modbus TCP, or relays from AWS IoT Core and Azure IoT Hub, and sends signed batches.
Test
Controls are tested against typed readings. A stale reading makes a control unknown, never passing, and an unsafe one opens a finding with an owner.
Decide
The compliance twin answers whether an asset may operate, with every reason cited, and a decision API records each answer.
What’s included
- Asset registerEquipment, its inspections, firmware and bills of materials, owned before anything is observed.
- Signed readingsReadings arrive signed by a registered device key; forged, replayed and stale readings never count.
- Device trustCalibration, tamper signals and key rotation decide how far a device’s readings can be relied on.
- Compliance twin“May this asset operate now?” answered with the reasons, each naming its record.
- GatewayRead-only adapters for OPC UA, BACnet/IP, M-Bus, MQTT and Modbus TCP, with SDKs for Node.js and Python.
What It Proves
- A forged or replayed batch is refused and recorded; a device key is registered with proof of possession
- Device trust is shown as dimensions, including calibration, and an expired calibration keeps a control unknown
- Policy replay shows when a stricter rule would have failed over the history already recorded
- DoveSure never sends a physical or network control command: remediation is recorded work for people

Questions
What People Ask
Is DoveSure an IoT platform?
No. It is the compliance record for your connected assets. Your devices and their own platforms keep running them; DoveSure reads, tests and keeps the proof.
Can DoveSure switch equipment off?
No. DoveSure never sends a control command. When something is unsafe it opens a finding and records the remediation people carry out.
