Emissions You Can Trace Back to the Bill

Calculate Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions from the documents and meters you already have. Every figure keeps the activity it came from, the factor it used and where that factor was published, so an assurer can follow it back.

How it works

From Record to Proof

  1. Bring your data

Upload bills, spreadsheets, fuel cards and travel logs, or connect meters. Dove reads each file and shows its plan, quoting the line it read, before anything is recorded.

  2. Calculate

Fuel, refrigerant gases by their declared GWP set, location- and market-based electricity including hourly matching, spend-based estimates, and screening of every Scope 3 category.

  3. Review

Factors come from published catalogues with their source and file hash, and a second person approves what goes into the inventory.

  4. Report and plan

An inventory that states its boundary and what is missing, with budgets and targets by business unit, and product footprints customers can read.

What’s included

  • Upload and planDrop in bills, spreadsheets and logs; Dove shows its plan, quoting what it read, before anything is recorded.
  • Every scopeFuel, refrigerant gases, location- and market-based electricity, and screening of every Scope 3 category.
  • Cited factorsPublished emission factors with their source and file hash, reviewed by someone other than the person who added them.
  • Suppliers and productsSupplier data in Scope 3, and product carbon footprints on the GHG Protocol Product Standard and ISO 14067.
  • Targets and reportsBudgets, targets and an inventory that says what it covers and what it does not.

What It Proves

  • Every calculation is an immutable snapshot linked to its evidence; a correction is a new, attributed record
  • Exact decimal arithmetic and explicit unit conversion, never a rounded guess
  • A factor cannot be approved by the person who added it, and a withdrawn factor is flagged where it was used
  • Product footprints on the GHG Protocol Product Standard and ISO 14067, shared with customers through a PACT-compatible API

Questions

What People Ask

Which methods does DoveSure follow?

The GHG Protocol: the Corporate Standard for Scopes 1 and 2, location- and market-based Scope 2, the Scope 3 Standard’s categories, and the Product Standard with ISO 14067 for product footprints.

Do I need meters or integrations?

No. Bills and spreadsheets are enough to start. Meters and other sources can be connected later, and their readings roll up into the same calculations.
